Creating an environment that values diversity
We value each person's culture and faith, and aim to create a safe working environment for all staff members. We respect the identities of each staff member by allowing those who need to pray to do so during prayer time and by allowing them to wear hijab. By bringing together multinational staff members and working while recognizing each other's values, we are able to provide more attentive hospitality. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015, consist of 17 goals that should be addressed globally and it is important to contribute to their achievement.
