Kanda Shrine (Kanda Myojin)

Kanda Shrine (Kanda Myojin) is located in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with a history of nearly 1,300 years, and has been revered by everyone from the shogun to the common people of Edo as the "Edo General Guard" in the Edo period.

Even now, it is the chief deity of 108 towns such as Kanda, Japan Bridge, Akihabara, Otemachi and Marunouchi, and is widely known as a shrine that holds the "Kanda Festival", which is counted as one of the "Three Great Festivals of Japan" and "Three Great Festivals of Edo" held every May, and is popular with tourists and allows you to experience the traditional culture of Japan.
