At &Here Tokyo Ueno, as a basic policy for safety and security against new coronavirus infections, we have specified three service norms and implemented measures against infectious diseases in order to thoroughly “avoid the 3 Cs*” and “hygiene management”. I will continue.

Requests to customers

We ask for your cooperation in temperature measurement and disinfection when you visit so that you can use it with peace of mind.
If you have a fever, are not feeling well, or have recently been in contact with someone who has been infected with the new coronavirus (within the last two weeks), please refrain from visiting us.
Please wear a mask when visiting the museum and wear a mask in public areas. (*In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, from March 13, 2023, it will be up to the customer to decide whether to wear a mask inside the hotel.)
When waiting in line in front of the front desk, etc., please keep your distance while waiting for elevators. We appreciate your cooperation in social distancing.
We recommend using credit cards and cashless services instead of cash when paying. In addition, we will use cash holders or cash trays to keep and return your belongings.

All customers will be subject to temperature checks. Guests with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher may be asked to refrain from staying. In order to avoid person-to-person contact, we will limit the number of people entering the queue and avoid close contact with staff.

Thoroughly and diligently ventilate all areas of the building, including guest rooms and public areas.

We will thoroughly clean and disinfect guest rooms and all facilities in the hotel. Rooms are carefully sanitized in high-touch areas. We will also take thorough measures for elevators in shared areas.

Accommodation Cleaning during consecutive nights

From the perspective of contact infection risk, cleaning staff will only enter the room at the request of the customer during consecutive nights.

Prevention of congestion in eating and drinking areas

We will strive to spread out the time of entering the store, secure the distance between tables, limit the number of people seated when it is crowded, and devise a seating method.

Depending on the congestion situation, we will set a limit on the number of people and time, maintain an environment that prevents contact infection and droplet contact, and thoroughly implement 3Cs measures.
