* Advance reservation is required. Applications will be accepted after the customer who receives the product completes the accommodation reservation. Please be sure to make sure that you have made a reservation in advance. *Applications can be made by e-mail (info@hotel-andhere.com) or phone (03-6240-1161).

* Please apply at least 7 days before the accommodation date of the customer who will receive the product.

* We will prepare it in your room before check-in on the first day of the reservation date.We are unable to deliver to your room on a specified date or time after check-in.

* If you have any food or allergies that you are not good at, please contact us in advance.
